谁带走了硅谷的孩子?最贵学区房,为什么学生越来越少

一边是动辄两三百万、甚至更高的硅谷学区房,很多家庭为了进入这些社区,愿意多付几十万;另一边,一些曾经挤破头都想进的公立学校,学生却越来越少。
孩子都去了私校吗?年轻人只是不想生孩子了吗?答案并没有这么简单。

未来判断一套学区房的长期价值,GreatSchools的10分评分远远不够。还需要关注年轻家庭是否持续流入、房屋周转率、招生趋势、学区财政结构,以及新增住宅真正能带来多少学龄儿童。
